Just wanted to see if anyone has used supervoucher dot com to purchase exam vouchers. Always a good idea to ask around before putting your money out there...Any issues or are they legit?

Seems a high risk for a $5 discount ... Might as well use a 10-15% voucher from a MS Press Book to get it slightly down ...

Horrible service. Would never use again. They kept emailing me back and fourth requesting more information like my address, phone number, and an alternative email address. Charge my paypal account and did not send me the promo code. I would never do business with these assholes again.

I used them and they are awful.

Purchased voucher via paypal with the promise that an automated system would send me the voucher within minutes.

Immediately after making payment got an email asking me for another email address, phone #, billing address. I replied.

30 minutes later, no response. Sent an email warning them I would open a dispute with paypal if I didn't hear from them within the hour.

Opened a dispute. Almost an hour later got a call from Amy in British Columbia asking if I purchased the voucher and how much I paid. I told her. She said she would send me an email with the voucher. I got the email almost immediately with a link to the site where I could view the voucher #

Shortly after got another email from them saying they locked my access because of the dispute opened with paypal and to close it before they would unlock my access. I tried to access the voucher and indeed it was locked.

I replied and refused to comply. Also sent paypal an update telling them it seemed the seller was trying to get around the dispute process.

Finally they agreed to unlock my account and I got the voucher. It was valid and I registered with it, but it was hardly worth the $2 I saved.

I will never use them again. Even if I could get $30 off I wouldn't use them.

I've used them for two different exams without any issues. They can take up to 1 business day to send you that email, but sometimes they have good deals, and sometimes they're the only site around that still has vouchers in stock. Like right now, Getcertified4less doesn't have the new CCNA:R&S vouchers, and they haven't had them for a while.

I haven't used SuperVoucher, but I have used ITExamVouchers. I'm not sure about the other websites listed, but if you are buying a Cisco certification voucher, ITExamVouchers won't send you the voucher, they'll take your information and register you at the testing center of your choice. While some might find this as an issue, I haven't had any issues with them.
