Issue When Studying

I have an issue when studying/reviewing a subject. When I read I get a pain/headache and don't really know why. Does this happens to anyone of you?

    Could be, I have a bad habit of doing that. Any suggestions?

    before i start reading i like to turn off all lights and site in a dark quiet room and clear all my thoughts

    then turn on soft light and start reading

    I wish! But I think it is because I always reread the material I don't know from the top of my head i.e. A+ and/or Net+.
