I currently hold the ccnp and Im considering doing the ccnp voice. Does my ccnp qualify me to do this or do I still need the ccna voice?

CCNP Voice (Formerly known as CCVP) - Career Certifications & Paths - Cisco Systems
You do need your CCNA Voice first.
