They were my HMO for years, until I was offered a PPO through Blue Cross/Blue Shield (never having to go to your primary care physician for a referral ROCKS!) I still have Aetna's Dental plan. :)

In any event, congratulations. I guess my initial point was I've always viewed AETNA as a good insurance company as a customer. I hope you do well there.

Thanx fellow IT geekz. I actually started mid December but wasn't too sure that I would be able to handle it so that's why I didn't post sooner. I can't say that I was prepared for it since I'm more of a networking guy. Just had the right connections I guess. The only challenges that I have are the major learning curve and having to spend time on the phones answering questions/offering assistance about applications that I know zilch about (thank goodness for the knowledgebase.....) No matter; I realize that this is how it it in the IT world so I'll go through "IT boot camp" and take my hits like a real man.

BTW; anyone with any tips on how to improve my phone help-desk skills?
