Any good resources on OLAP and Cube utilizing Access?

Due to the nature of my work I am supporting a host of applications including Access and other query builders. Do you all know of any good books on cube/OLAP development?

The material from AppDev is really good as well. It's a more up-to-date resource, but video. I have not read any of the books for SSAS 2008. The book above is kind of our bible where I work for SSAS in general.

Robert thanks for the reply. Is this strictly MS or can this be applied to other toolsets? At least in theory....

It is mostly Microsoft. But the theory around OLAP is applicable to OLAP and data warehousing in general.
