Adobe Reader X 10.1.2 bug
Just an FYI, I found out earlier today that 10.1.2 added a "feature" to make it easier to print duplex, however it's enabled by default and doesn't go by your printer settings. So until that's fixed in the next release, I've got my users unchecking that every time they print. If your printer is set to only print single sided, then things apparently get even more fun with jobs getting hung up.
