Cert on resume
So you're looking at an intern/junior spot to hire for. On the resume you see MacOS Integration Specialist and MIcrosoft Digital Literacy Certs on the resume. What are your thoughts?
Mine was, "dude is clearly broke, and made do with what he could. Good for him"
Coworker on the other hand dismissed the guy as "faking through it"

None of the above. The certs by themselves say nothing. Does anything else on the resume support your or your buddies point? Give me the big picture.
