MCITP:SA: Ready to get started, Suggestions on books, videos and labs?

I'm ready to start on the MCITP:SA Track and I'd like some feedback before I start spending money on resources.
I've spent a lot of time reading the forums on this site and I think I've landed on these books for my print resources:

[h=1]MCITP Windows Server 2008 Server Administrator: Training Kit 3-Pack[/h]http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0735663289

[h=1]Windows Server 2008 R2 Unleashed[/h]http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/067233092X

Will I be missing anything critical if these are my only print resources?

I assume I will spend a lot of time on Technet as an online text resource.

I've seen a lot of recommendations for CBT Nuggets, but the pricing is insane. Any other suggestions for video resources? (I didn't find videos helpful at all for my Network+). Maybe I don't need them?

I'm unclear on where you get the lab work. Will labs be in my training kit books, or on technet? Any other suggestions? I want to work a lot of labs, I think these will be most helpful.

Home Lab: I'm looking at some used servers on ebay. I have a MS Action Pack at work I can use, so I figured I could jump right into Hyper-V running on 2K8R2 for my virtualization needs. Thoughts? Anything I should know about licensing for multiple virtual servers?
