Well I am not so sure about this book. I have never used it. But i can say Sybex is a good study resource. I will give you some tips what you can use to prepare for this exam :

Study Guide : Sybex OR Ms Training Kit OR Syngress

Cram : Exam cram2

Practice Exams : Measure Up OR Transcender OR Preplogic

Technotes : From this site & from the MCMCSE.COM site

NO. I bought the book, read it cover to cover. Answered all the practice exams and felt I was ready to test. I was so WRONG!!!!!.
Do like everyone else, go with Transcender or Sybex.....
