I've lost almost 20 lbs! I started carrying a pedometer and on average I walk between 1.5-2 miles a day in just walking around the various buildings answering tickets. It also helped that I changed my diet 1/2. :)

It's good to find synergies in the things that we do... not just something that businesses should do. How else could this benefit you? Do you have any reading for which you are behind? Maybe you can listen to audio books while you are walking?

That's awesome mate! I wish the same could said for me, but being a Network Engineer means I've put on a few pounds... Cheers!

Smaller office here so I need to plan something at home. I'd like to walk during the summer time, but do not want to return from my lunch hour smelling like sweat' :/
