Hi Guys,
First off let me introduce myself, my name is Richard and im a Help Desk Techinician in the UK. I have a FDSc in Networking and Infrastructure Techologies. I have also completed the Cisco NetAcad Course with an average of 75%. I finished my uni degree in April last year and landed a job as help desk in June. So with the job its taken me away from Cisco quite a bit, but now i have recently accepted a job as 1st and 2nd line support (pay rise woop) at another company. The MD would like me to integrate my networking skills into my job and assist in the client base with there network Infrastructure (all good, proactive network engineer as i see it). Once i have gotten all our clients sorted with there networking my boss wants me to look into Pen Testing (brilliant

).
So I have given myself a deadline of the 1st of march to get my CCNA. I have already attempted this once and got 749 and i have been reading these forums for a couple of months now and i would just like to say that it seems like a good place to be with friendly people and lots of good information.
I shall let you guys in on the progress of my studying

Cheers
Chard
