1841 rack mount, is this the only one available?

I have a couple of 1841's that I want to get mounted in my rack. I want them forward mounted, is this really the only one that's available?

I can't comment on that specifically, but I can tell you that <$50 is not unexpected for a rack kit for pretty much any "professional" equipment. It's ridiculous, since most equipment that is designed for racks comes with the rails and/or mounting brackets and they're clearly not inexpensive, fancy parts. I guess there's just no money in selling rack kits.

There are at least two types of rack kits for 8141's.

See one type go for about $15 with p&h on ebay Australia.

If you have enough rack space, might be cheaper to get a rack shelf and put it on that.
