I'm thinking of moving to the Columbus, OH area and wanted to see how the tech job market is, where are the decent places to purchase a home, and just any general info you can give about the area. Do you know of any decent recruiters in the area for direct hire positions?

Columbus is a pretty active area for IT. There's a few good sized businesses down that way and of course there's OSU and the supporting bohemoth of an infrastructure that needs. Just do a search on Careerbuilder and/or Monster, you'll find a healthy mix. If you want more
agencies that hold positions in that area, just start Googling yourself to death, you'll find them.
