Exam Path advise please

Finally decided to get my act together and start looking to get more Microsoft qualifications.
I passed the Vista exam 70-620 quite some time ago, really should have carried on from there but laziness struck
I now need to decide on what is the best path to take should i:
Take the 70-622 to get MCITP for vista then do an upgrade to 7 which i believe is 70-682 (I believe this will make me MCITP on windows 7)
Or just go for the windows 7 70-680 and 70-685/70-686

Both would involve 2 exams but wanting some advise on what is the best route to take.
I would also appreciate some advise on what is the best study material for the best route.

Lastly could someone help me with what is the better qualification:
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Support Technician on Windows 7
MCITP: Enterprise Desktop Administrator on Windows 7

sorry i know i threw alot in there but thought i would get it all in one post. Any help would be greatly appreciated
