I know there are premium products out there but I'd prefer to have a PowerCLI script for that instead.
Has anyone any experience in using scripts to report any changes being made in the VI, either on host- or guest level ?
Sure you could crawl through the tasks, but it would be nice to have a report which for example states that user x added vlan y to host z

Check out powergui and look at the powerpacks for VMware.Currently Studying:
