How to become a good penetration tester ? Which tools should I learn and which websites/forums should I read on Pentesting ? Thanks Guys.

Like everything else, to be a good pen tester requires learning, learning, learning and practice, practice, practice.

There are several pen testing certifications available. Check out this thread.
