I recently joined ccnp voice does any one have an idea from where i can get the cipt1 and cipt2 study material and videos with latest cisco syllabus...

Check out Cisco.com for syllabus info, I would check out IPExpert or INE for videos, and I'm personally using Safari books online for my reading material. The Cisco documentation at Cisco's website is also very good but also very dry lol.
