Well, I am bored to death. Just finished reading for the past 4 hours. Now I have nothing to do. I would sleep like a normal person, but I have insomnia. Some times its great, and other times it makes me want to punch kittens in the head (I would never punch a kitten in the head btw. I love animals. Reading didn't put you to sleep? That always works for me, that or training vids...

As soon as I'm done checking in on TE, I plan on finishing up one of my assignments. Then I'm going to "nap," and then finish up some more assignments before I go to WGU's mixer.

I find it difficult to sleep in a hotel room.......especially if I'm at a place I've never been before. :)

I have never found video games to make me relaxed. Maybe I just get too into them?

Usually I'll do a quick set of pushups and crunchers where I count the reps. Gets my mind off whatever I'm thinking about and usually fall asleep within 30 min.

Have you gone to a sleep specialist and been diagnosed with Insomnia? Insomnia is a very specific disorder, and most people who have trouble sleeping are not insomniacs.

Do yourself a favor and spend some time (and money) at a sleep specialist, who will help determine if you have Insomnia, a Circardian Rhythm Disorder, Sleep Apnea, or something else.

I find reading or watching TV or a movie can help as long as I keep the room dark. Computer monitors are too bright (at least mine are, even with the brightness turned down), so an actual TV or a tablet is preferable, as are a night light or weaker lamp for reading.

Video games make me want to keep playing, and exercise gets my blood moving and makes it very hard to sleep.

I don't think he was asking how to fall asleep at night, but what to do late at night... So still I say Skyrim!
