CBS.log corrupted after running sfc /scanow

I got this CBS.log
windir\logs\cbs\cbs.log
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
After running sfc /scannow, they say it couldn't repair those files.
I am running Windows 7 32 bit OS.
Any solution on resolving this issue?

Have you run chkdsk yet? You may well be dealing with more severe file system and/or hard drive problems.

yup I have. Well, its not really doing anything major that affects day to day operation. Just that chdksk shows that error.
