Which one were you looking at getting? The MCITP:EA or SA? The link below will help you out.

TS: Upgrading Your MCSE on Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008, Technology Specialist
Keep in mind it has to be MCSE on 2003. This upgrade gives you three MCTS certifications, but no MCITP.
You will also need a client exam, which should be 70-680 (Windows 7) if you don't already have Vista or 7. This gives you a fourth MCTS certification, but no MCITP.
You then take 70-647 to achieve MCITP: Enterprise Administrator. You can also take 70-646 to achieve Server Administrator without taking the client exam, but IMO that is a waste of time and a distraction from EA if you're already upgrading MCSE to 3 x MCTS.
