Which one were you looking at getting? The MCITP:EA or SA? The link below will help you out.
You will also need a client exam, which should be 70-680 (Windows 7) if you don't already have Vista or 7. This gives you a fourth MCTS certification, but no MCITP.
You then take 70-647 to achieve MCITP: Enterprise Administrator. You can also take 70-646 to achieve Server Administrator without taking the client exam, but IMO that is a waste of time and a distraction from EA if you're already upgrading MCSE to 3 x MCTS.
