Transcender score

I am studying for 70-270 and I'm using Transcender right now. What score do you guys recommend me getting before sitting the exam? I would like to hear your reply if you've used Transcender before or even other practice exams...

And also make sure you understand 'why' the correct answer is the correct answer, hence make sure you read all the explanations carefully, preferably including the online references.
