Join a domain via IE

I was looking at Windows SBS 2011 server and it has a program that allows an administrator to go to a Windows Client and surf to the SBS server 
https://<server_name>/connect
on IE and it will automate the joining to domain, creates the new domain account and then copies the local users profiles to a new domain account.

Has anybody seen anything like this for Windows Server 2008?
