Wireshark

Hey guys,

I am stuck trying to figure out this issue in my network.

A customer was receiving our multicast feeds but then it stopped working. From our software that detects multicast gaps it reported that their were none. We use "Pim Dense-Mode" for multicast data. None of our other customers have experienced a problem.

How can I determine that we are sending multicast data out of the edge switch to the customer from wireshark? Is it possible? Thanks for your help. We just want to determine if we're at fault here or the customer needs to check their configurations.

On the inferace for the customer it shows as follows
(10.53.17.51, 224.0.23.210), 10:29:21/00:02:50, flags: T
