I'm willing to bet that 5.5 is the version of the app, not the version of iOS it supports.
The fact that the version for windows is Receiver 3.1, yet it lists support for Windows XP up to 7/2008 R2 would seem to confirm it.
It also means Citrix is unfortunate in their choice of version numbers. -

Yes, Citrix has made very poor decisions both in their version numbers and in the way the place them next to the product names.
