GNS Help.
I just cant get GNS3 to work,i keep getting a message about the IOS image. please i need help on this. Have labs to work on.

GNS3 requires a cisco IOS to function. Otherwise, Google is your friend.In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

Yup. There are tons of GNS3 tutorials out there. I even made a few on youtube. yeah i downloaded an ios image and added to gns but when i start running gns, the cpu usage blows up to 100% and my laptop freezes.
i'm not sure if its the ios or something else. -
