Eigrp Metric Weights
Roguetadhg
Why is the "Type of service" a variable, when it must be 0?
R2(config-router)# metric weights 0 1 0 1 1 0
The first variable (0) has been noted to always be Zero.

because eigrp (and ospf) dont support TOS the value has to be 0 for the router to process it.

It states it was never fully implemented into EIGRP so it has to be set to Zero.
