Does anyone have the blue book, and can compare with some pages of the second book? Are they the same, or different?

There are minor differences--page numbering, coloring, headers, footers, table of contents, etc. However, the actual content appears to be the same from a quick examination. I bought the paper manual because it's inexpensive and it's convenient being able to write answers, diagram mappings to a real topology, and notes directly on it.
