Exchange mail pull

Im looking for a tool to pull .pst files for our legal team. I've used exmerge in the past to do this type of work. What tools have you used to pull mail/pst's for use in a litigation scenario? I'm researching options and figured I would ask here as well.

Depends on the version of Exchange.

For 2010 you can't use Exmerge anymore, you'd use PowerShell and the New-MailboxExportRequest command. There's some permissions you have to setup before it will work. See: Understanding Mailbox Import and Export Requests: Exchange 2010 Help

There are also a few other new features that have been added for litigation and e-Discovery.
