Win7 on USB Driive

I have just made a BART PE 3.0 drive bootable and made it run the nifty PStart were I can place shortcuts into it

Anyway, I was just wondering is there a Windows 7 GUI style I could boot to Were I could simply have shortcuts on the desktop wo whatever I wanna run, ie Ghost, Acronis..etc etc..

The closest thing I can think of that wouldn't require you to make a GUI front end would be MIcrosoft DART. DART will allow you to add programs in to use but you would have to launch them from cmd. All the programs included with DART have a GUI already though.
