Hey guy's I am starting to apply for some NOC jobs on Indeed and craigslist and I wanted to know if my resume is good enough for somebody to notice, it is attached to this post. My current company doesn't hold any contracts for network support positions so it looks like I should look for better opportunities.
Also, I'm just curious how did some of you break out of the help desk cycle to get to more admin roles, did you get certs and leave or did your company have an opening?
