Hello all! This week is my first week with WGU.

I transfered in a whole bunch of credits due to my previous degree and certifications. I have a 2 year associates in Computer Information Systems with 2 concentrations + some extra classes. I also have the CIW Web Design Specialist (v5), A+, Network+, and Security+.

Here's what I lack:

MGC1 Principles of Management
BOV1 Web Programming
IWT1 Literature, Arts and the Humanities: Analysis and Interpretation
BNC1 Organizational Behavior and Leadership
KET1 Introduction to Programming
RIT1 Leadership Concepts and Applications
CJV1 Database I
KFT1 Object Oriented Design and Development
TPV1 Project Management
SBT1 Technical Writing
QZT1 IT Capstone Written Project

Total CU's = 41

I look forward to completing this!

Nice. MGC1, IWT1, BNC1 and probably RIT1 can be done in a month.

KFT1 and TPV1 are probably going to be your hardest courses. If you know Java pretty well, then KFT1 will be easy. TPV1 is just dreadfully boring but you can knock it out in a couple of weeks if you have enough free time.

I didn't take IWT1 or the capstone courses(yet) but the rest are pretty easy. I don't think you will have a problem completing that in one term.

BOV1 is pretty easy. I did that one in about 2 weeks. The material they supply covers everything you need to know and the practice tests are written by the same people who write the actual test so it is a great gauge of your readiness.
