That's like asking "What are common questions on Who wants to be a Millionaire?"
The answer is: It depends.
- What kind of job is it? (1st, 2nd or 3rd Level)
- What technology do they use? (Microsoft, Oracle, whatever)
- Who are they looking for? (Cable Guy, SysAdmin, Manager)
- and many more
