Finally a new job

I got the job a week or so ago, I didn't want to mention it until the offer letters were signed. Over the past 6 months I've had so many "offers" fall through. 2 jobs told me that I would have offer letters at the end of the week only to be told by 1 that they had a hiring freeze, then by another that they wanted to interview other candidates. Well this one has been signed and I will be the Lead Voice Engineer for a manufacturing firm. I will be taking them from a CUCM4 and various Nortel system to a Global Multi Cluster CUCM 8, and performing other network engineering task, but the main focus is voice. Start soon.

Just a quick update. Started this week, and I have already been knocking out lingering problems. To answer the question above, I'm not leading any one. Its more like a Senior Voice Engineer, than a lead. I do have other network engineers that I give break fix task too, but I mainly work for the Network Director and he hands me task and ask if I need any bodies to accomplish them.Currently Reading
