Score: 955
Study Materials: Implementing Cisco IOS Network Security (IINS) by Catherine Paquet, CBT Nuggets (Jeremy Ciora)
Study Time: 1 month
Lab: 2811x1, 1841x1
Work Experience: I use Cisco ASA's, ACS, routers, and switches all day.
Misc.: I didn't touch the SDM (I remember enough from the CCNA, ack!). Instead, I learned how to configure everything required by this exam in the CLI. In my experience, being able to configure something in the CLI almost always means you can figure out how to configure it in the SDM/CCA/ASDM/etc.
Thanks to everyone at techexams.net. I lurk and learn here frequently.
My buddy's bachelor party is tomorrow night! Bring on the booze!

How was the security exam?
If you aren't holding the grass for fear of flying off the earth, you didn't drink enough. In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.

The exam was not difficult. If you work with routers and switches at your job, almost all of what is tested on is standard security practice you already know.
Haha, the party is going to get serious. -

Thanks for the encouragement.
2 years with random studying and work experience. Yeah...I could have gotten more certs in that time, but I didn't want the certs without the experience.
