Job in Network Solution Provider

Hello Everyone,
Currently I am working in one ISP, i am looking for a job in a network solution provider, i would like to ask people who are already working in any Network Solution Provider that what is the job like in a solution provider ? any tips ? any recommended articles, tutorials ? what does job responsibilities include ? which tools are required there ? what documentation is done ?
i have done ccnp and ccip.

Never heard of NSP, do you mean Architect / Designer type role? I'm sure you can find it within your current organization (Network Engineering dep.).
