Saturday I passed the 220-701. Now just the 220-702, and I can put the A+ to rest.

The Professor Messer vids, coupled with the reading of the Mike Myers CompTIA A+ All in One Certification Exam Guide are my only study material, plus prior experience.

220-702 passed. I am now A+ certified! Not so happy with my score though. It is a direct reflection of the time I was able to put into my studies, but lesson leaned.
