how to transfer photos from iphone to pc?

[FONT=&quot]There are some photos in my iphone and I want to transfer them to my pc for editing.The problem is,none of these photos was taken by iphone so it's not easy to transfer.I have done it once before but this time it doesn't work out.I really don't know which step is wrong!Could u pls help me...[/FONT]

Plug in your non-proprietary USB cable, navigate to the DCIM folder and copy pictures.

Now for the non-trolling answer - you should be able to do this from iTunes using import from phone (might only work for images taken from iphone) or possibly just navigating the file system from My Computer. Were these photos originally put on the iphone by syncing from PC or were they downloaded from the innerweb?
