Security 5 or Security+ ?

Hey guys ! Just want to know which one is useful or better to learn for security basics. Thanks !

Security+ is far more recognised than Security 5, AFAIK Security+ is recognised by the DoD and Security 5 isn't (if you are in the US).

Just looking at the website more, Security 5 seems more aimed at office workers than techies.
