CCNA2 : Packet Tracer issue (7.6.1.3) please help!

Im wondering if someone can please help me. Im working on CCNA2 (Routing) Packet Tracer Challenge 7.6.1.3 and I'm having problems completing it. The topology is configured properly (confirmed by PT) HOWEVER I keep on getting connectivity test failed for PC2 to Webserver (209.165.202.130). When I run the connectivity simulation the ICMP packets go and comeback fine. When I ping/use web browser to access 209.165.202.130 (http://209.165.202.130) I have no issues and it connects fine. But im still getting the failed connectivity test. Can someone tell me why I'm still getting this error? I'm stumped and can't figure it out! Below is link to my pka file. Thanks in advance.
