CEH Passed, Summary Posted

I did the CEH self-study, and passed the exam yesterday. It took me about 4-6 weeks reading the All-In-One CEH Exam Guide by Matt Walker (which I liked a lot), taking notes, practicing with various tools like Nmap, and reviewing with the Boson ExSim-Max CEH practice exam.

Hey Ethan, congratulations on the pass!

Pretty soon you'll have enough certs collected to do a certification segment every other episode of PP.

LOL. I have to do CCIE recert next, and then it looks like VCP5. After that, I might do some of the Cisco specializations. We'll see. Sometimes life gets in the way of certs. Life, and oh yeah, lack of motivation.

Well done sir... From a CNDSP 8570.1 perspective, the CEH is a good choice... I've also heard good things about the GCIH from colleagues if you plan on continuing down that path. Thanks for packetpusher review- I sit for the exam next month and the information you provided helped give me some additional insight. Also subscribed to the Packetpusher podcast while I was there- good stuff. Thanks, again.
