CEH Passed, Summary Posted
I did the CEH self-study, and passed the exam yesterday. It took me about 4-6 weeks reading the All-In-One CEH Exam Guide by Matt Walker (which I liked a lot), taking notes, practicing with various tools like Nmap, and reviewing with the Boson ExSim-Max CEH practice exam.
I wrote more thoughts on the CEH up at PacketPushers.net, which is home base for me.

Pretty soon you'll have enough certs collected to do a certification segment every other episode of PP. -

bryguy Member Posts: 190Well done sir... From a CNDSP 8570.1 perspective, the CEH is a good choice... I've also heard good things about the GCIH from colleagues if you plan on continuing down that path. Thanks for packetpusher review- I sit for the exam next month and the information you provided helped give me some additional insight. Also subscribed to the Packetpusher podcast while I was there- good stuff. Thanks, again.
