Softphone Clients

Guy's my small company uses M5 as our hosted VOIP provider. In our office each one of use has a Cisco IP Phone but I recently learned that they also support softphones. They have an official softphone package that they sell for about almost $150 per license. Can you guys recommend any good but lowercost softphones clients that you can
