Hi, I am very close to graduating from a Network Technology program and I am almost desperately looking for a job now. I'm hoping to land one at least within the next 6 months..I am posting my resume and would like it if I could get some advice on how to improve it.

Thank you..(The formatting will be off because I had to copy/paste)

    Patron's should be patrons.

Way easier to review if it's in a PDF, RTF, or DOC files extension.

The uploaded doesn't allow the .doc extension for me so I hosted it on mediafire.

    My 2 cents:

Drop the words "Knowledgeable" and "Knowledge" in your Skills section.

They mean "I know a little something about ..." to employers which is not a good thing.

    Under you work experience:

If you still have the job (i.e. - Present) then match the tense to the duties. Changed Performed to Perform... Change Managed to Manage, etc.

I personally don't like listing certification that I do not uphold yet.

I would consider making the bullets a little more unique and put some measurable data in there. EG Met and exceeded patron satisfaction rating by 7% over the course of 9 months.

Don't put things on your resume that aren't in hand...

I would put Experience above Education...

"Licenses and Certifications" should just be "Certifications"...

    "Skills" should be "Skillsets"...

Name and Biography should start your resume...

A proper header would be good to have before your bio...

    Just my two cents.
