Registered for 2nd Shot, Entering Promo Code, still charged.

Hi,

I'm trying to register via vue.com for the second attempt on an MS cert. I registered for the free second shot before I took the exam. I went to vue to schedule the test, and entered the promo code. Its being recognized as the 2nd shot promo code, but it isn't giving any $$ credit.

Please advise.

    You need to call Vue and speak to someone about it. They will setup your second shot exam.

    Yeah, you only enter the promo code for your first exam. If you fail, call the delivery provider (VUE or Prometric) and tell them you signed up for the 2nd shot, and they'll register you for the free retake.

    acutally, I spoke with a VUE rep. earlier on in the week, even if you didn't enter the promo code, your still eligable for a free retake on qualifying MS exams

    Call and tell them you registered by using the 2nd shot promo and they will make the exam schedule for you...
