MS outlook Vs. Outlook Web ACcess

Hello everyone,

We just finished deploying Windows 2003 small business server with Exchange.

I have one mobile user who's asking if it's possible to use MS Outlook instead of Outlook Web access, when he's on the road. (he doesn't like OWA !!!)
Is this possible????

You can use IMAP to get mail.

Question.....Did you upgrade from Exchange 2000? Are you going to use the Server Active-Sync for smart phones at all? I'm thinking about getting Exchange 2003.

So what should be done on his MS outlook to get his working????

No it was not an upgrade(our ISP was managing our Email) and we're not useing the Active-Sync for smart phones, but Exchange 2003 has a lot of nice features that one can take advantage of.
