It really needs to be 1 page, especially for someone at the beginning of their career. The skills section is just fluff and doesn't mean anything, that could be dumped. I would change to the objective to a profile, where you write a few sentences that sum up your career so far. If you have any accomplishments from your jobs it would be good to add them, rather than just a list of duties.
