Unable to login to Windows server shared folder via SMB on Mac OS X

I'm able to connect, it prompts me for login credentials. i'm able to login using the administrator account...but not individual accounts. i was able to login last week, not sure what has changed.

any help troubleshooting this? any services i need to check/enable/disable? much appreciated.

When you say individual accounts, are you referring to accounts within AD? If so, verify those accounts have at least read and traverse permissions on the share. You also need to make sure you are entering in the domain DNS name before the username.
