Remote lab - connectivity

Evening..
New here and studying towards my ROUTE exam having cleared SWITCH last year. I've found two 2600s and two 2800s at work and managed to find space to hook them up to get a study lab going. My question is, for access from home, what would you guys recommend? I was thinking of a PC with a bunch of USB-serial adapters to hook up to the console port that I could remote in to, or maybe seeing if I could snag a switch to use for management connectivity. Any ideas - i'm just curious as to what others have done..

looking forward to clocking up some lab hours to compliment my theory time icon_cool.gif

Most of us use a console server. I use a Cisco 2509, others use a Digi CM 16 or 32, or a Cisco router that will support an NM-16A or NM-32A. Lots of options.
