What kind of job should I be looking for?

Hi,
I'm graduating next week with a liberal arts degree from a great state school. I've been working with my campus IT department for over a year now. My job title is Lab Technician, basically I work directly under 2 System Administrators responsible for various computer labs throughout campus. My job basically entails maintaining and upgrading the lab's computers/peripherals/printers. I'm also responsible for maintaining and updating the image for our laptop checkout program. Also I'm responsible for maintaining our conference rooms. That entails operating and maintaining the A/V equipment and providing on site tech support to end users I've done a couple of special projects with other departments, such as migrating users from Vista to Windows 7, and migrating from one domain to another. I don't usually deal with end users, but rather Desktop support specialists. I guess I'm the front line support, and if anything is beyond my skill level and I can't figure it out I'll elevate the support ticket to my supervisors. I'm also now officially A+ certified as I passed my 220-702 yesterday. I'll probably start studying for network+ soon.
I'm not really sure what kind of job I should be looking for? Should I be looking at Help Desk/IT support/ Desktop support? I don't mind doing my time in the trenches, but I want something that is going to help me move up to my eventual goal of becoming a System Admin/Network Admin. I'd also like to stay away from jobs that are strictly phone support, I like to get out and get my hands dirty so to speak.
Any suggestions or stories to share?
