One way trust

I need some validation my fellow INFOSEC Colleagues....

I'm trying to establish a one way trust from one domain to another. Both sit behind the firewall and no DMZ involved. The purpose of this would be that I have a application that sits on a server that resides in Domain B, from that domain, Domain A needs to pull information from that server/application which resides in Domain B through a one way trust. Where is the security risk?

First thought that pops into my mind is the account used to access the information. Make sure it is properly setup for least privilege and granted only access to the one server required and if SQL make sure only the needed access for the data required.
