Well from what I've read on EC council's website and in the CEH handbook; those are the only two ways. Either you have two years experience in a security-related field, or you pay for official training. If you self-study you still have to pay 500 for the exam voucher after you've payed the 100 for the eligibility form. Lastly, ECC has great support. Just head over there and chat with somebody.

Yup, if you self study you submit a form and they send you the code. Though I have found that you can register for the exam are Pearson VUE without the code. I ran into an issue where I couldn't put the code in because I used the spot for a voucher, yet I was still able to register for the exam.

You have three professional IT certifications. If you email them, they will probably make an exception given your IT education. Or if you want to risk it, you could just lie. They didn't really verify my history of experience when I requested a voucher for self-study. That being said, you have to consider the possibility that your certification could be revoked if they did find out (though its not likely).

You do have to have a signed letter from your employer though. But as far as I know, they don't usually call to verify.
